LightScanner® Instrument
The LightScanner is a post-PCR Hi-Res Melting™ system for mutation scanning using 96-well or 384-well plates. With superb sensitivity and specificity, this instrument is designed to meet the needs of high throughput scanning projects. An intuitive analysis software groups the results and provides automatic calling. PCR is performed in the presence of LCGreen dye, and PCR plates are then transferred to the LightScanner for analysis.
