To ensure the selection of the appropriate packing material and the safety of products during transportation, at present, most manufacturers rely on the "JIS Z 0232/ISO13355: Packaged freights-Method of vibration test" or tests conducted under actual transportation conditions. However, tests based on the "JIS Z 0232/ISO13355: Packaged freights-Method of vibration test" are single axis vibration tests, making it difficult to reproduce actual transportation conditions. On the other hand, tests conducted under actual transportation conditions are cost intensive and time consuming. In addition, differences in the shape and weight of various products make it difficult to maintain consistency for test conditions. The Transportation Tester helps overcome these problems. The cost of introducing the Tester is also much lower, almost one tenth of the cost required for introducing the equipment and incidental facilities required for tests based on the JIS/ISO standard. |

The Transportation Tester is being successfully introduced in a wide variety of commercial fields, including food production, medication, cosmetics, containers, stickers, inks, and others. At present, in conjunction with professor Katsuhiko Saito of the Transport Packaging Laboratory, Faculty of Maritime Sciences, Kobe University, we are conducting joint research on the efficiency and safety of transportation systems. |
