  The ALEXUS W10 Detection System is a sensing system which can detect contaminated bottles without contacting them. It is placed on the conveyor line before the bottle washer as shown in the diagram below. As it detects foreign compounds, an alarm and warning light are activated. The contaminated bottle can then be removed from the line, either automatically or manually.
